What kind of warranty comes with FormDTM electronics?
All FormDTM products include a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging and accessories to qualify for a refund, subject to a restocking fee.
Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?
Most of our electronic devices are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the specific product specifications page before completing your purchase.
